Abstrak

Currently, the information system technology is developing very quickly. This makes every business process carried out by a company computerized so that all activities ranging from services to reports can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Tamara Laundry is a company that runs its business in the field of laundry services. Based on the survey that has been conducted so far, Tamara Laundry has not used an information system, so all activities are still done manually. it causes business processes to take a long time and are very susceptible to human error. To overcome these problems, a desktop-based information system was designed using the Java language. This application will assist employees in managing data, storing transactions, and making reports. This application is expected to facilitate and speed up business processes and minimize errors in data management so that, in the end, business processes can run effectively and efficiently.
