Sistem Informasi Registrasi Pada Rumah Sakit Harum Sisma Medika Berbasis WEB

Abstract

Harum Sisma Medika Hospital is a General Hospital located in Kalimalang, East Jakarta. The registration system that is available at the hospital still has many obstacles, namely a patient must come first to the hospital to register, a patient is required to re-register by including biodata or ID card for old patients. After that, patients can immediately take medication at the hospital. The purpose of this study is to build a registration information system at Harum Sisma Medika Hospital to overcome the problem of storage, search for goods and system reporting in a systematic way. The method used by researchers is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the prototype method and system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This inventory information system is created using the programming language PHP, JavaScript and MySQL database. The results of this research are website-based Hospital Registration information systems assisting in the process of storing goods. Based on the results of testing and evaluation from researchers, the Hospital Registration information system is able to assist the business processes that are running.
