Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of KAP Ribka Aretha dan Rekan. The research method used in this  study is descriptive quantitative, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. In this study populations were all employees of the KAP Aretha and Partners, which numbered 34 people. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 people, where the entire populations was used in this study amounted to 34 people, where the entire population was used as the study sample using the saturated sample method. Data processing uses SPSS version 26 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational culture on employee performance partially has a positive and significant effect. The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance partially has a positive and significant effect.Organizational culture and job satisfaction contribute 67.7% to employee performance
