<p><em>This research aims to determine whether the quality of e-ticketing, price and attraction affect consumer satisfaction at Dunia Fantasi, North Jakarta. An associative quantitative approach was used, which involved analyzing the relationship between two variables through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 respondents who were consumers who had purchased tickets to Dunia Fantasi North Jakarta. This research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, main testing and hypothesis testing. The sampling method used was non-probability using a purposive sampling method. Researchers processed the data using SPSS 22. The survey distributed by the author was a questionnaire using Google from to 115 respondents online. <p><em>Intense competition among schools during the enrollment period for new students is experienced by XYZ School, specifically SMP Katolik within the XYZ Association located in Koja, North Jakarta. This competition is evidenced by the trend of new student registrations towards the end of the enrollment period. It compels XYZ School to increase the number of new student admissions through the influence of Digital marketing and Customer experience, aiming to stimulate parents' interest in decision-making. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Digital marketing and Customer experience on influencing parents' interest in decision-making. The study population comprises 318 </em><em>student’s </em><em>parents. This research is quantitative, employing inferential statistical analysis and descriptive statistics. The results indicate that Digital marketing does not have a significant influence on parents' interest in registering their children at SMP XYZ, with direct and indirect impact values of 0.06 and 0.03, respectively. Conversely, Customer experience significantly influences parents' interest in deciding to enroll their children at SMP XYZ, with direct and indirect impacts of 0.33 and 0.57, respectively. </em><em>Therefore</em><em>, the school can establish a dedicated digital marketing division with research and development teams on creating compelling </em><em>enrollment </em><em>content.</em></p>Antonius Andhika WahyudiSiti Nurjanah

<p><em>This research aims to determine the factors that influence a person's use of Digital Banks. The indicators used in this research are Perceived Ease of Use (POEU), Performance Expectancy (PE), Facilitating Condition (FC), Behavioural Intention (BI) as an intervening variable, and Use Intention (UI). This research uses a quantitative research approach using data collection methods by filling out online questionnaires from 150 sources who have used Digital Bank. Using the SEM (Structural Equation Mode) analysis method produces a test that Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions have a direct and indirect influence on Use Intention, however perceived Ease of Use does not have a direct or indirect influence by showing a value of -2.550 and -0.657 in the model analysis testing that has been carried out. This negative value shows that the Perceived Ease of Use variable does not influence using Digital Bank. <p><em>Penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi pencapaian target produksi overburden pada kontraktor pertambangan batubara, PT XYZ. perusahaan ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai target produksi overburden di salah satu lokasi operasionalnya. </em><em>Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan dengan kualifikasi khusus dan berbagai latar belakang di industri pertambangan. Pendekatan strategis dalam penelitian ini mengikuti kerangka konsep Fred David, dengan tujuan membantu mengukur ulang strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai target produksinya. Melalui metode pengumpulan data kualitatif, termasuk observasi dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi nuansa tantangan produksi overburden. Perspektif informan, mulai dari peran manajerial hingga keahlian teknis, memberikan wawasan berharga tentang kompleksitas industri pertambangan. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berkontribusi pada ketidakcapaian target produksi overburden. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang diimplementasikan untuk PT XYZ untuk mengatur ulang strateginya, mengatasi ketidakefisienan operasional, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kemampuannya mencapai target produksi overburden.</em></p> <p> </p>Hendra WijayaHendro Susanto

<p><em>Currently, many companies do not know about the Deaf disability and do not understand how to implement recruitment procedure for Deaf workers. Because it is difficult to get work everywhere and because of the lack of knowledge regarding the recruitment process for works with disabilities. The aim of this research is to improve strategies for improving accessibility aspects to facilitate the interview process with Deaf applicants. This research was carried out using the Nvivo application using a qualitative approach to interview transcript data so that the results could be known after carrying out interviews with six people. However, the findings concluded that various companies did not provide knowledge or awareness of Deaf disabilities, so they did not seek information about people with disabilities, including Deaf disabilities, which made the interview process with Deaf candidates less smooth.</em></p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>L Mutiara C PangestuSiti Nurjanah

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media marketing, product quality on purchasing decisions through interest as an intervening in Eldra Pratama stores. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of the SPSS version 22. A sample of 122 respondents was taken. The study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. <p><em>The era of digitalization has significantly transformed consumer shopping behavior, with digital financial technology emerging as the fastest-growing digital service sector in Indonesia. One of the most rapidly expanding services within this sector is the paylater service, which allows for deferred payment to be settled at a future date. This research investigates the factors influencing the adoption and use behavior of one of the largest paylater services in Indoneisa, Shopee Paylater among Generation Z, using the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as the foundation of this reserach. This study identifies key factors such as hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, and use behavior, with gender as a moderating variable. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and price perception on purchase decisions at Toko Global Batik. A quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling techniques involving 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression methods. The findings indicate that product design has a significant influence on purchase decisions. An attractive and trend-appropriate design can enhance consumer interest and add value to batik products. Furthermore, price perception also has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Consumers tend to choose products that are perceived to offer a balance between price and quality, making competitive pricing strategies a crucial factor in attracting customers. Simultaneously, product design and price perception contribute significantly to purchase decisions, highlighting their critical role in enhancing product appeal and customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study for business practitioners emphasize the importance of continuous innovation in product design that aligns with market preferences and the implementation of competitive pricing strategies that suit consumers' purchasing power.
