Abstract

PT. Buana Gemilang Prima is a company that operates in the field of grease and oil suppliers. To add business success in order to use an IT procedure including smoothing the development of technology and business processes with the creation of sales applications. In this company has not done audit sales application, because Information Technology is a relavan device for the company, it is necessary to consider the company's sales application to see the benefits used in using sales software. COBIT is a method and framework for it assessment and supervision. Domain Delivery-Support-and-Service (DSS), including sending, service or service, and support that helps appropriate facilities in the field of business, including data management and information protection related to using business systems. The purpose of this paper is to provide knowledge about the performance of sales software in this organization.This paper uses the DSS-centered COBIT 5 framework of the DSS01, and DSS05 domains.
